Individual therapy is a collaborative process where I work with you one-on-one in a safe space to help you identify and break the negative patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic, dynamic and integrative . I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to facilitate your capacity to experience greater fulfillment, authentic self-expression and healthy connection. You can expect for sessions to be:

  • Experiential

  • Emotionally-focused

  • Attachment-based

  • Include an integration of mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Somatic techniques

The fee for individual therapy is $185/50-minute session.
