Individual Therapy

We all need a place where we can show up as we are.

Individual therapy is a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and begin to gently explore what’s been weighing on you. If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating—within yourself or in your relationships—you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Together, we’ll begin to understand how your past experiences may be shaping the way you feel, respond, and connect today. With care and support, we’ll work toward shifting those patterns so you can move toward a greater sense of ease, clarity, and more fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others.

    Trauma & Past Experiences

Heal from past or childhood experiences that may still be shaping how you feel, respond, and relate to others today. Together, we’ll gently process what feels stuck so you can move forward with more clarity and ease.

Online Therapy

All sessions are offered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for clients in California and Arizona.

Online therapy allows you to show up from a space where you feel most comfortable and at ease. Many people find it easier to open up and stay consistent in their healing when they’re in their own environment.

You can experience the same depth of connection and support as in-person therapy—while feeling safe and grounded at home.
