My Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic, dynamic and integrative . I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to facilitate your capacity to experience greater fulfillment, authentic self-expression and healthy connection. You can expect for sessions to be:

  • Emotionally-focused

  • Attachment-based

  • Include an integration of mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Somatic techniques
